Postulates of Quantum Mechanics

A postulate is a statement that is not proven, but assumed to be true and judged on the validity of its conclusions. Postulate 5 of quantum mechanics states that the wavefunction evolves in time according to the Time-Dependent Schrodinger Equation (TDSE).
